Discounted rate for authors who want to be vendors

We’ve already mentioned in our blogs that we’ve decided to scale down the festival a lot from last time. The last festival featured more than 70 authors. This time we’re featuring only 8 authors, but we’ve made it so more authors can attend the festival. The Authors’ Fair will offer 15 minutes free of charge to authors. For authors who want additional time they can sign up to be a vendor. The Cheyenne East High School DECA Chapter will be coordinating all vendor information. Authors are being given a scaled down fee of $50 to sell their books that festival. No equipment will be provided for authors such as a table and chairs. Authors are being given the same rate as non-profit vendors, which is a discount of $50-100 compared to other vendors.
